Limited lifetime warranty policy and guidelines
Trust is built over time, so for more than 50 years myneedoh has designed packs that last, to go everywhere you go, see what you see, and carry what you need. We stand by the quality and durability of every pack we make, and since we’ve been doing that since 1967, that is a guarantee you can stand by.
We build our products to last over extended periods of use, but inevitably everything does eventually wear out. So, when your pack wears out as all things do, you’ll know you’ve gotten the most out of your gear and your experience. myneedoh branded products covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, except for certain exclusions identified below.
This warranty applies to all myneedoh branded equipment only (e.g., packs, bags, pouches, totes, cases). The warranty does not apply to tee shirts, beanies, hats, pins, patches, face masks, facial coverings, or related accessories. Please carefully review the exclusions to confirm whether your product is covered. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only unaltered and unmodified items and original workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

In order to proceed, you will need the following items handy:
- Your Order Confirmation Number (this can be found on your order email or order history page after logging in to “My Account”)
- Don’t have an order number? Please enter “unknown” in the order question
- Photographs of the damaged item where relevant and visible
- Photographs of the product tag and style number. Style numbers are found on the tag and begin with JS0xxxxx or T50xxxxx.
- Please be aware that the warranty journey can take up to 4-6 weeks.
- Please be aware that in the Attach Photos section if you need to select more than one file, you need to select them at once.
